Refund policy

 

 


 


1. Our Refund and Return Policy applies only to damaged or defective products:

- We offer a 1-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery.
- To initiate a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be credited automatically to your original payment method within 7 business days.

For Exchange/Replacement Policy :

- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request a exchange/replacement within 48 hours of receiving the item.  
- Exchange / Replacement products will be delivered within 5 days.


Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations will only be accepted if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed by the seller/merchant, is in the shipping stage, or is out for delivery. In such cases, you may refuse the delivery at the doorstep.


2. Damaged Item? Here’s What to Do

To be eligible for an exchange, you must:

  • Contact us within [48 hours] of delivery

  • Provide video evidence of unboxing  of the damaged product , including:

    • The damaged item

    • The packaging it arrived in

    • A clear photo of the shipping label

3. Conditions for Exchange

  • The product must not be used.

  • All original packaging must be included.

  • We may request that the damaged item be returned before sending a replacement (we’ll provide instructions if needed).


4. What’s Not Covered

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Items reported damaged after [48 hours] of delivery

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation after delivery

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product function


5. Shipping of Replacements

Once your exchange is approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
